Agreement to Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of healthcovermatch.com (the “Site”) operated by Tribal Web Company LDA, trading as Health Cover Match. By accessing the Site or submitting a quote request you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to request a quote through the Site.
2. Use of Services
The Site helps consumers compare health insurance options and connect with licensed insurance agents. Submitting a quote request is free and creates no obligation to purchase. By submitting a request you authorize us and our marketing partners to contact you at the phone number and email address provided, including by automated technology and prerecorded messages, even if your number is on a Do Not Call list. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You agree to provide accurate information and not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to submit false or automated requests.
3. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content are owned by Tribal Web Company LDA or its licensors. Carrier names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any part of the Site without written permission.
